JUNE 2026 Forecast
A time to relax
June is the calmest month of the year for s anyway. Take the gift. Catch your breath now because July looks a lot busier, and then we may be back again in the fray.
During the first 2 weeks of June, the May 31 Full Moon at 9 Sagittarius is still in effect. That Full Moon intensified our quest for the truth. There are more disclosures coming and some of them may not be pretty or true.
The major news this month is Mercury turning retrograde in Cancer on June 29. This will color most of July. Check out the house in your natal chart that contains Cancer. That is where you may have to slow down, review, wait, or redo something you thought was settled. See Meaning of The Houses here.
And at the very end of June, Jupiter leaves Cancer and enters Leo for one year.

Highlights for this month:
Note to my Astrology Clients. Use your Planetary Placement and Ascendant sheet to find if you have a personal planet (Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, or Mars) or the ascendant within 2 degrees of the degree of the transits listed below. If so, the transit will have a significant impact on you.
Jun 1 – Mercury enters Cancer and turns retrograde in Cancer on June 29. He will remain regrade until July 23 and will not enter Leo until August 22. While Mercury is in Cancer, the mind is influenced by emotion, memory and old family patterns. People may not be thinking logically, though of course they will swear they are. Communication becomes more personal. Feelings come through the words, and sometimes the words are not the real message.
Jun 3 – Mercury square Neptune at 4 degrees of Cancer/Aries. Fuzzy thinking. Be careful about believing everything you hear or trusting everything you see on YouTube. AI is on the rise, and so are fake narratives. If something sounds too perfect, too dramatic or too conveniently awful, take a breath before you forward it to everyone you now.
Jun 9 – Venus Conjunct Jupiter at 25 degrees of Cancer. This is usually considered a lovely aspect, full of warmth, affection, pleasure, and good fortune. It can bring social ease and a desire to enjoy the sweeter things in life. This aspect typically occurs once every 10 to 15 months,
Being a Saturn type, watching Jupiter/ Venus types enjoy themselves-- yes, Sagittarius and Libra, I mean you--can depresses me. So I automatically look at the dark side. For instance, this transit could have you diving into tubs of ice cream, trusting the wrong person, spending too freely, or calling it ‘abundance’ when it is really just your credit card screaming from the other room. Otherwise, it is a good time to have a party.
Jun 10 – Mercury Square Saturn at 12 degrees of Cancer/Aries. This transit brings a clash between ideas and practical limits. Communication may feel blocked, decisions may be heavy, and criticism could sting more than usual. But it is an excellent time to edit, plan carefully, and face details you would rather avoid. Slow down. Saturn loves that sort of thing.
Jun 13 – Venus enters Leo until July 9. Love becomes warmer, louder, and more theatrical. Venus in Leo wants admiration and loyalty, preferably with good lighting. Romance may feel like a grand performance with both partners secretly hoping to get the best reviews. This is why Leos are known as showoffs. I’m sorry, but someone had to say it.
Jun 14 – New Moon at 24 Gemini. This new moon invites you to refresh your thinking and open yourself to different points of view. It is a good time to begin a writing project, start a course, make new contacts or change the way you talk to yourself.
Jun 16 – Venus Trine Neptune at 4 degrees of Leo/Aries. This is dreamy and romantic aspect. It can awaken compassion, artistic inspiration, and a desire for a more soulful connection. Music, beauty, and spiritual longing may be especially strong now.
But there is always a catch with Neptune. This transit can also make you too open to seductive people with bad motives. If you are a Pisces, or if you have a lot of Neptune aspects in your birth chart, the vampires may be out hunting you. Capricorns and Taurus types will probably be fine. Nothing gets to them.
Jun 17 – Venus opposite Pluto at 5 degrees of Leo/Aquarius. This one can be nasty. It can stir up jealousy, obsession, financial pressure, and control issues in relationships. Pluto does not do light and breezy. Pluto wants the truth, preferably after locking you in the basement with your own shadow.
If you have personal planets at 3 to 7 degrees of Leo, Aquarius, Taurus or Scorpio try to not blow up your life just because someone looked at you the wrong way. This is a time to face possessiveness, manipulation, and those little power games you pretend you are not playing.
Also, try not to fall for the Pluto person who comes around now. You will know the type. Black clothes. Piercing eyes. Doesn’t laugh much. Very sexy.
Jun 21 – Sun Enters Cancer until July 22. This coincides with the Summer Solstice in the Northern Hemisphere, marking the official start of summer. Cancer brings a focus to home, family, food, memory, and whatever is happening around the kitchen table. It’s outdoor barbeque time. Enjoy your home and your people.
Jun 25 – Venus Trine Saturn at 13 degrees of Leo/Aries. Venus is being stabilized here. No more flirting and trying to be a honkytonk woman. This transit supports loyalty, maturity, and affection that can stand up to real life. It is good for commitments, practical creative work, and relationships that are not built entirely on fantasy and excellent hair.
Sun Square Neptune at 4 degrees of Cancer/Aries. This is a foggy period. Your energy may be low and your sense of direction may temporality disappear. Try to recognize the difference between intuition and wishful thinking. You want to escape, and since Neptune rules water, The beach may look especially tempting. Just don’t make a life decision while you are staring at the waves.
Jun 28 – Mars enters Gemini until Aug 11. Physical energy shifts toward communication, curiosity, and mental activity. Mars in Gemini is quick, verbal, and restless. . It can be excellent for writers, students, researchers and anyone who needs fresh ideas
The problem is that Mars in Gemini can scatter your energy. You may start too many projects, argue too quickly, or use words at weapons before you have time to think. The mind is fast now, but fast is not always wise.
Jun 29 – Mercury turns retrograde at 26 degrees of Cancer. And will remain retrograde until July 23. This retrograde asks you to review home, family dynamics, emotional habits, and old memories that may still have a grip on you. Feelings may be easily hurt. Domestic matters may take longer that expected. Try not to panic if things seem temporarily unamenable. Use this period to reflect, repair and reconnect where it is healthy to do so.
Full Moon at 8 Capricorn. This Full Moon brings a strong focus on responsibility, achievement, boundaries, and long-term structures. It asks for practical results. Capricorn is not interested in excuses, unless they are well organized and come with supporting documents.
June 30 – Jupiter moves into Leo until July 26, 2027. Jupiter, the planet of expansion and opportunity, now moves into the fiery and expressive sign of Leo. During this cycle, creativity, confidence, leadership, and personal visibility are emphasized. It is time to take courageous leaps, celebrate your individuality, and step more fully into the spotlight.
More about this transit next month.
OUTER PLANET TRANSITS FOR JUNE 2026
JUPITER is in Cancer until June 30 2026. This month he travels from 24 to 29 degrees of Cancer and enters Leo at the very end of the month. Jupiter is expansive by nature, and in Cancer his influence centers on home, family and emotional foundations. You may feel a stronger pull toward domestic life or nurturing connections. This can bring blessings, but it can also feel like too much family, too many feelings, and not enough room to breathe.
This transit is especially important for those with natal planets between 22 degrees of Cancer or Capricorn or 2 degrees or Aquarius.
SATURN is in the fiery, sign of Aries. This month he moves from 12 to 14 degrees of Aries. Saturn governs structure, discipline, and the material realities of life. If your Ascendant or personal planets fall between 10 to 16 degrees of Aries, you may face lessons involving t responsibility, courage and self-reliance. Saturn in Aries asks you to act, but not foolishly. That is the annoying part.
URANUS is in Gemini until August 13, 2040. This month he moves from 2 to 3 degrees of Gemini. Uranus symbolizes change, awakening, and liberation. If Uranus forms strong aspects to your Ascendant or personal planets—especially between 0 and 5 degrees of Gemini or Sagittarius—you may feel a powerful urge to break free from stale patterns. Something in your thinking may shift suddenly. You may surprise yourself and possibly everyone else. This can be a powerful period to embrace change intentionally rather than resist it.
NEPTUNE travels through Aries all month, and stays at 4 degrees. Those with Ascendants or personal planets between 2 to 6 degrees of Aries may experience heightened sensitivity, uncertainty, or a search for directions. Neptune can blur boundaries, but it can also inspire vision and compassion. After spending many years in Pisces, Neptune’s move into Aries marks a shift from passive dreaming to active imagination. The question is: What dream are you willing to fight for?
PLUTO remains in Aquarius until 2043/2044. This month he is moving retrograde from 5 to 4 degrees of Aquarius. Pluto’s influence is deep and transformative, often bringing psychological material to the surface so it can no longer be ignored. Those with Ascendants or personal planets between 2 through 6 degrees of Aquarius, Leo, Taurus or Scorpio may feel this energy most strongly. Pluto’s process can be intense, yet it ultimately supports empowerment by revealing what must be released.
Let’s co-create the future together.
